The Adventure Vets Outdoor Career Training and Placement program accepts applications from any honorable discharged or active duty veteran of the United States Armed Forces. The application process is lengthy and thorough, as only a small number of opportunities are available.
The process begins with you completing the following form. Your initial application will be reviewed and you’ll receive a response back within 14 days that it has been received. A final decision will be made on your full application within 30 days of the day it is complete.
In the case you have an employer or private funding source that would like to partner with Adventure Vets to accomplish your career training goals, the process can be reduced significantly. So be sure to make that clear when you submit your initial application below.
All fields are required. Any blank or incomplete information will delay or disqualify your initial application, so take care in completing it. If you come across an item that you do not know or have not made a decision about, then it is fine to say that. We do not expect you to have all the answers, but we do expect you to at least enter some information next to each field that indicates you’ve thought about it.
